Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice comes out on video today so hopefully I can finally see it and not be the only person on planet Earth to have not seen it. I have heard from many people that it could have been better and that I didn’t miss much. Probably not the thing the studio execs want to hear considering the amount of money they pumped into this one.

The Hot Wheels Batman v Superman Series was released at Walmart in March and much like the movie, left more to be desired. For fans of the #Unlicensed Hot Wheels castings included as part of the series, they were probably pretty excited to get their favorite castings deco’d out in Batman/Superman/Wonder Woman attire. While I don’t collect any of the castings in the series, I did pick up the Twin Mill (shown below).

Aside from being a pretty cool looking graphics scheme, this Twin Mill was definitely worthy of the $1 and some odd change as it was based on the graphics that were put on the actual 1:1 Twin Mill for last year’s San Diego Comic Con — minus the bat-spoiler however. Ultimately, its a modern paint scheme on one of the most classic Hot Wheels out there. While some may scoff at the modern/contemporary crossover, this rendition came out great. With some Walmart stores re-releasing this series from March in correlation to the home video release today, you now have your chance to pick it up if you missed out the first time around.
