With everyone salivating at every release of JDM cars these days; collectors, scalpers & hybrids (of the two) are leaving behind pegs full of new releases so they can obtain more of the profitable cars. That is okay by this collector as I found a peg full of this car yesterday while all of the Nissan Skyline H/T 2000GT-X from this mix were gone.

The Classic Nomad may be toned down from its days as a redline casting, but it still is the very casting that served as the catalyst to this collector’s collecting madness. In the 2015 HW Road Trippin’ line, the cars represented highways from around the world, versus the 2014 line that featured only U.S. Highways. The Classic Nomad shown here represents the K4 Great Ocean Road in Australia. The HW Road Trippin’ line is exclusive to Walmart stores.
