HW Race Team: ’12 FORD FIESTA

The first #HW Race Team (2017) series car has shown up! Appearing in the 2017 mainline “J” case assortments, the #’12 Ford Fiesta comes sporting a #Hot Wheels Race Team #14 Rally El Segundo deco. The car-specific/unique background graphics have carried over from the #HW Race Team (2016), which most likely means this is the handy work of Hot Wheels graphic designer, Leeway Chang.

The Hot Wheels #’12 Ford Fiesta casting (introduced in 2011) is no stranger to #Rally Car graphics as every release of this car, with the exception of the 2013 Boulevard release, has been released with some form of them. When it was revealed that this #Ford would be joining the #Hot Wheels Race Team for 2017, many race team collectors were excited for the presumed, rally-inspired race teams graphics, and delighted, when that is exactly what they got. Look for this one now as its just starting to show up in stores. HINT: Check the 9-Packs!

RELEASE DETAILS: Metalflake Blue Body (metal). Light Blue Tinted Windows. Gray Interior. Dark Gray 10-Spoke (10SP) Wheels. Cyan Base (plastic). Made in Malaysia. Toy# DTY61. Released in 2017 as #4 of 5 in the HW Race Team series (#210/365 in the 2017 mainline).
