Hot Wheels 2026 Walmart Automotive Silver Series / EXOTICS “U” CASE REPORT

Here is another store exclusive #Case Report! I was able to buy a case of the #Walmart Exclusive, Themed Automotive Silver Series / Exotics (mix U) off of eBay for a decent price. These Themed Automotive mixes are always popular with collectors and are often challenging to find a full set of at your local Walmart.

What’s interesting about this mix is the simple, elegant card art which features the name of the casting under the title of the series versus underneath the vehicle.

1/5 – Pagani Utopia

The Pagani Utopia gets it’s third release as part of this mix. The first two releases were released as part of the mainline so this one is the first to get the semi-premium treatment with full front and rear detail, and Silver Series exclusive, P4 wheels. If you watch my unboxing video below, you’ll hear how I love the black tapered strips on this one as they flow with the body lines.

2/5 – Czinger 21C

Is the Czinger 21C a cool car? Yes. Is it an Exotic? Yes. Is it a good fit for this mix? I would venture to say no. My response comes more from a place of wondering what else could have been a better fit here.

What we do get is a casting that has only appeared in basics — getting the full detail treatment. If you get a chance, check out the rear light on this release. Very cool!

3/5 – McLaren Elva

Another casting choice that left me wonder, “what if” — especially with so many other (in my opinion) better McLarens out there. These windshield-less roadsters just never seem to translate well to 1:64 diecast.

The positive here is the deco. Exotic orange with a racing roundel does it for me. And, to beat the metaphorical dead horse, the full-detail does this car some serious justice, allowing for those black panels to complete the McLaren signature look.

4/5 – Lamborghini Veneno

This car is a beast. This casting is a beast. The Lamborghini Veneno continues to grow on me and this release helps. Done in matte back with bright green accents, this Veneno oozes cool. To top it off, we get the new Euro Zero (EZ) wheels on this one in all-black!

5/5 – Ferrari LaFerrari

Yes, we all know which one will be the first car to fly off the pegs. Because, yeah…. Ferrari! The LaFerrari moves from premium to Silver Series with this release, retaining it’s metal base, causing even more pandemonium at the pegs.

Hot Wheels Automotive Silver Series cases (GDG44) are exclusive to Walmart in the United States and contain only 10 vehicles, unlike Hot Wheels basics cases which have 72. In this mix, you will get the case breakdown seen below which can also been seen in the unboxing video above.
