2/12/2021 — Now this is cool! We can only hope that the 2021 #Hot Wheels Legends Tour goes on as planned this year as there will apparently be an exclusive #Team Transport duo sold at the tour stops. This #Walmart Exclusive SKU appeared on hotwheels.com today, and features two castings that have previously appeared in the Team Transport line: the Custom Corvette Stingray Coupe and the Carry On. Both feature a Hot Wheels Legends Tour (black & yellow) livery, in addition to the Walmart logo and the #21 for 2021. The card art even features the vehicles in front of a Walmart store. No word yet on how these will be sold should there not be a tour this summer, but if last year’s iD Bone Shaker was any indication, the remainder should end up at hobby dealers. Keep your eyes peeled!

Any word on the Silverado? Will they be sold side by side
Wouldn’t it be funny if the pink Silverado was just Malaysian factory workers trolling collectors and it isn’t for the Legends Tour at all? Or maybe because so many got out, HW cancelled it?

I suspect it will be done in a similar fashion to the ZAMAC VW Sunagon; bundled with not diecast merch and sponsor items on the Walmart website for $50+ during live streams. This is just speculation.
Unfortunately, missed out on the only other (that I’m aware of) Team Transport release that is not part of the numbered series… Supreme. With this in mind, I’m extremely excited about this release and hopefully better odds at obtaining.
