Nearly 3 months after the last Hot Wheels Boulevard mix hit the Walmart pegs, the next wave is here! The “H” case (2026 mix 3) contains Boulevard #151 to #155. These five vehicles are a nice blend of the Boulevard line make-up: real-world, “celebrity” vehicles, high-end, factory fresh “stock” vehicles, and a little something extra from the world of Mattel. Below is a little further insight behind each vehicle in this mix. I also speak to these details in the unboxing video below.
#151 – ’15 Toyota Alphard
One of those aforementioned, “stock” vehicles if the ’15 Toyota Alphard. It is a brand-new casting that depicts Toyota’s luxury van sold in Asian markets. I am not sure why it wasn’t sold in the U.S. because it’s large nature with endless luxury features would have went over well here. I guess we will keep rolling with the Sienna. Meanwhile, the folks in Asian markets are riding around in the modern day equivalent of conversion vans fit for an executive.
#152 – Koenigsegg CC850
Hot Wheels Designer, Ron Wong has been spoiling collectors with a wealth of exotic castings since he took the helm of Hot Wheels Premium. Having a brand-new, Koenigsegg CC850 casting seems like a luxury after getting the Koenigsegg CCXR just last year. Remember when we only had the Koenigsegg Agera R in premium? The days of having only one Hot Wheels Koenigsegg to choose from are long gone!
#153 – Datsun King Cab Baja Custom
The Datsun King Cab Baja Custom returns for it’s sophomore release. From Car Culture to now, Boulevard, this release goes for a more playful approach. The livery from the Turbo Bandit — a 1992 Tyco RC vehicle — adorns the side of this truck mixing a little ’90s nostalgia with modern Hot Wheels Car Culture.
#154 – ’67 Jeepster Commando
The Aether ’67 Jeepster Commando by Earle Motors is such a cool, real-life truck that the Hot Wheels team decided to retool the mainline version of the ’67 Jeepster Commando for this premium release. Gone is the Earle Motors “Il Mostro” bike that already existed in the rear. The empty truck bed was filled with roll bars and some spare tires. Aether is an apparel brand that has partnered with Earle Motors founder, Alex Earle. Check out this article about him and the Jeepster.
#155 – ’21 Toyota GR Supra
Remember Hot Wheels: Ultimate Challenge? It was the 2023 NBC/Peacock reality show where two contestants faced-off, customizing 1:1 cars to resemble Hot Wheels. The show’s host was Rutledge Wood, who owns this fine specimen of past meets present. This ’21 Toyota GR Supra — dubbed the “Suprabird” — takes the classic Richard Petty #43 livery and applies it to Toyota’s new Supra. This is another example of a real, 1:1 scaled down to 1:64(ish) for the Hot Wheels Boulevard. Do you put this one in your Supra collection or your Petty collection? Choices will be made.
