Hot Wheels 2025 Fast & Furious Silver Series / VILLAINS “J” CASE REPORT

The #Fast & Furious / Villains mix from the Hot Wheels Silver Series is finally here! I’ve been eyeing this mix since I first heard about the two brand-new castings in it last October.

The “F-Bomb” Camaro finally gets some Hot Wheels love as the long awaited drab green Camaro from the 4th movie, Fast & Furious (2009), is now able to join the Hot Wheels Fast & Furious collection. There were some discussions at Mattel as samples did have the “F-Bomb” — later changed to “HW Bomb” — before the graphic was ultimately omitted. Maybe at some point we could see it on an adult premium release? Either way, this is a brand-new, Hot Wheels casting of a very nice looking #’73 Chevy Camaro. I love this car because it was the was the ultimate revenge car. It was originally driven by one of Braga’s henchmen, but Dom later found use for it when he used it to exact revenge on Fenix for murdering Letty, or so we thought. So glad to finally have it!

The other new model here is the ’05 Aston Martin DB9 from Furious 7 (2015). This one was driven by Deckard Shaw while pursing Dom before Dom ultimately used his Charger to squash it. It’s another great Aston Martin casting by Hot Wheels, and it’s not to be confused with the Vanquish which was also just released.

The Hot Wheels DeLorean Alpha5 makes an appearance in this Villains mix as Cipher’s 2022 DeLorean Alpha5 seen in Fast X (2023). The car had a very minor role, but it’s cool to see it worked into this mix and the #Fast & Furious Hot Wheels collection.

Another car from Fast X (2023) finds it’s way into this series. Dante’s ’66 Ford 427 Fairlane is immortalized in Hot Wheels form with this release. I couldn’t place this one in the unboxing below and the online record needs some work, so I am assuming the role was minimal for this one as well. Still, a great release of this older casting, and another great one to add to the F&F collection.

Lastly, Johnny Tran’s Honda S2000 from The Fast and the Furious (2001) returns in this mix. It’s the only repeat in this Villains series but it does wear the #MM wheels for the first time — so that’s a plus! As much as some collectors will be upset with this one appearing again, it already appears this one is the first to disappear from the pegs.

I was able to buy a case of the #Walmart Exclusive, #Fast & Furious Silver Series / Villains (mix J) off of eBay for a decent price. I did so primarily because I wanted to share the case breakdown in the event that these cases are not even assortments. I also did it because finding a whole set of Silver Series (formerly Silver-Label Premium) in-store has not been easy for me, and this set is going to be especially hard to find! I unboxed one of these 10-count cases on the OTD YouTube Channel within the full #Case Report that you see here.
