12/6/2020 — It appears GameStop and Hot Wheels made a last-minute decision when it came down to the in-store event that was supposed to happen yesterday, December 5th. Instead of having an in-store event at the height of the pandemic, these event cases are AVAILABLE NOW on GAMESTOP.COM. NOTE: Stores in the United States also received a small allotment of cases that had a street date of 12/5.
The cases — priced at $39.99 with free shipping — are 2021 “B” case (36-count) assortments. With that, these GameStop Exclusive cases contain the final four Hot Wheels in the 2020 mainline, in special color variations. Three “pull-forwards” or “first-to-market” 2021 “C” case vehicles are also included. Below are the four store exclusives found in this case:

What were the first to market Hot Wheels in the Game Day Event Case!
My local Game Stop wasn’t on the list last year, but I went in TODAY and found an exclusive from last year’s event ( 19 Ranger Raptor). I guess if cases don’t sell or get used at an event, they just go into regular stock?
