The Fast Wagons segment returns to Hot Wheels #Car Culture. The packaging is reminiscent to what it was 4 years ago with the same “Fast Wagons” logo on a monochrome backdrop — even the #Volvo 850 Estate returns. We do get a new model in this mix along with a worldly dose of vehicles.

The lone returning vehicle — the #Volvo 850 Estate — looks a lot different than the last time as it has been giving a racing deco that is vaguely based off of the 1994 BTCC one. You may remember the first release of this casting which also paid homage to that infamous racing machine.

The new casting here is the #Audi RS 6 Avant which is based off a newer model of the RS 6 Avant — and not to be confused with the #’17 Audi RS 6 Avant which was also in the 2021 Fast Wagons mix. Factory Audi Sport racing deco on this one while the chase piece comes in a stealthy, all-black look. Even the wheels change from the standard piece to chase variant.

Another muscle car wagon appears in this Fast Wagons mix. We go from the paneled version of the #’64 Chevy Nova Wagon to another classic Chevy in the #’70 Chevelle SS Wagon. The difference lies in the deco as the Nova came in a clean, metalflake pale blue paint job while the Chevelle comes in more of a “shop car” look sporting an awesome Yenko delivery motif.

The Subaru Forester STi and Mercedes-Benz E 36 AMG round out this mix with their 2nd and 3rd releases respectively. Nice, clean looks for both of these vehicles which are still finding their footing as favorites in the Hot Wheels collecting world.

Hot Wheels #Car Culture cases (FPY86) contain only 10 vehicles, unlike Hot Wheels basics cases which have 72. In this mix, you are guaranteed to get all 5 cars in the series. There are two variants of the case — with or without chase piece. In a standard case (without chase) you will get two of each vehicle. In a case with a chase, you will have the chase piece inserted for the second piece of its casting counterpart.
