1/24/2019 — The second series of Disney-themed, Hot Wheels #Character Cars have been found at retail. Resident Character Car expert (& former Jeopardy contestant), Tim Callo found the second series at a Houston-area Walmart last night. It contains two pairings to series one vehicles with Minnie Mouse and Sully (Monsters, inc.) as well as Peter Pan, Belle, Pinocchio and Stitch. ORANGE TRACK DIECAST 
What the heck is the ‘Belle’ car? It actually looks pretty cool! I can’t tell if it’s patterned after a Citroen or if it’s unlicensed. Great for the kiddies anyhow!
It does look like it is modeled after a Citroën… which would make sense since Belle is French.
